- 【Additional Person and Bed Charges】
- Children under 6 years of age stay for free but do not receive breakfast or amenities.
- For guests 12 years and older, an additional person and bed costs NT$3,000 + 10% service charge.
- For guests 12 years and older, an additional person without a bed costs NT$2,000 + 10% service charge.
- For guests aged 6-11, an additional person with a bed costs NT$2,500 + 10% service charge.
- For guests aged 6-11, an additional person without a bed costs NT$1,500 + 10% service charge.
- For an extra fee includes free breakfast, amenities and use of facilities.
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of one extra bed and one additional person.
- The Deluxe Family Room and You-Ya Family Room can accommodate up to four guests but cannot add extra beds or people.
- You-Ya Junior Room, You-Ya Suite, Grand View Suite 603 are limited to two guests can’t add extra bed and people.

- Peak season (October to April): Weekdays – Sunday to Thursday; Weekends – Friday, Saturday, and the eve of national holidays (including consecutive holidays).
- Dinner hours at C’est Bon and Chinese Cuisine Restaurant: 18:00–21:00 (last order 20:30).
- Unused breakfast, amenities, or facility usage cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. This offer may not be combined with other promotions.
- Public hot spring Facility: Closed for maintenance from Jan–May & Oct–Dec on 1st and 3rd Monday nights 23:00–01:00; Jun–Sep on 1st and 3rd Monday 07:00–15:00.
- Outdoor Hot Spring maintenance every Monday 07:00–15:00.
- Sunshine Breakfast is for dine-in only
- No changes to package or room rate after check-in.
