To enhance your dining and tea experience, starting March 1, 2026, Chinese Cuisine will introduce a new selection of premium teas and adjust the tea pairing charge to NT$80 per person. Each pot of tea is meticulously brewed by our tea specialist according to the tea’s unique characteristics, bringing the essence of Taiwan’s high mountains and the depth of aged time to your table, enriching the layers of your Taiwanese culinary experience.
High Mountain Oolong Tea
Grown at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level in the Cui Feng tea region of Ren’ai Township, Nantou County, using the Oolong tea variety. This semi-fermented tea yields a clear, luminous infusion with delicate floral notes and a fresh tea character. Smooth and mellow on the palate, it offers a lingering throat feel with a subtle, refined sweetness, presenting an elegant and pleasant flavor profile.
Small-Leaf Black Tea
Crafted from high-altitude small-leaf tea buds, this is a fully fermented tea. Its aroma is delicate and mellow, carrying natural honey and ripe fruit notes. The palate is rounded and gentle, with a rich, smooth texture and an elegant, sweet aftertaste.
Yunnan Pu-erh Tea
A meticulously selected aged Pu-erh tea with a date-like aroma, aged for thirty years. This post-fermented tea yields a deep, rich liquor with a steady aged fragrance and subtle date notes. It offers a mellow, smooth, and layered mouthfeel, concluding with a warm, lingering sweetness. Ideal for savoring slowly.
Golden Tartary Buckwheat Tea (Caffeine-Free)
Made from natural tartary buckwheat, this tea boasts a golden hue and delicate aroma. It offers a warm, smooth mouthfeel with a subtle, refined sweetness in the finish. Its rich, aromatic flavor profile is entirely caffeine-free, making it perfect for enjoyment at any time of day.
